Resolved - The cause of the shared drive access issue was identified and resolved. Please reboot your system if you continue to experience issues with the shared drives or contact the UMSO Help Desk at helpdesk@umassp.edu or 774-455-7777 for help.

Investigating - There are sporadic reports of a permission issue when trying to access or save to the shared drives. This includes what many commonly refer to as the H, O, P, or S drives. For those impacted, a reboot may help restore connectivity to the shared drives. We are actively troubleshooting.

Scheduled - The UMass BDL Online Application will be unavailable Wednesday, 2/6/2019 starting at 6:00AM until approximately 12 noon for a planned upgrade. Upon login, you will notice a significant difference in the look and feel. We hope you find it more user friendly!

Monitoring - Batch running late. There was an issue in the Summit CSW batch. The issue is resolved and batch is continuing, but may be late. Expected availability is around 8:30.

Scheduled - The University is upgrading its OBIEE application by moving from version 11.1 to 12C. This upgrade provides an enhanced look & feel which is more in-line with other Oracle applications. It also better positions the University to be able to take advantage of new functionality and strategically aligns the University for future cloud hosting.

OBIEE 12C will go-live on Monday, February 4, 2019. There will not be any downtime related to the launch of OBIEE 12C.
