This incident affected: Student Services (Student Production (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell)), Finance Systems (Finance Production, BuyWays, Effort Certification), Summit (Summit - Finance, Summit - HR, Summit - Student), and HR Direct, Document Imaging (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell).
