WHAT: The UITS Infrastructure Team will be conducting scheduled maintenance in the UITS Shrewsbury Data Center.

IMPACT: From 5:00 PM on Saturday, March 17, 2018 until 12 Midnight access to all UMass Shared Services production environments will be unavailable due to UITS Shrewsbury Data Center maintenance. This includes many applications and systems including HR Direct, Finance, BuyWays, Student and applicant systems for Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell and Worcester, Summit, Document Imaging and International Systems.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Human Resources (HR Direct), Legal Systems (UMSO Case Logistix, Legal Files), Finance Systems (Finance Production, BuyWays, Effort Certification), Student Services (Student Production (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell), Admissions - UMass Custom Application, Admissions - Check Status, u.achieve Boston, eTranscript, Parent Access, ID Email Lookup), International Services (Terra Dotta - Travel Registry, Terra Dotta - Study Abroad, Sunapsis), Summit (Summit - Finance, Summit - HR, Summit - Student), UMSO Collaboration and Communication Tools (Office 365 (SharePoint)), and Document Imaging (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell).
