All the Linux Servers in the UITS South St. Data Center are being patched. The following South Street data center applications and their respective interfaces will be down and unavailable during this maintenance activity: IDM – (Identity Management Access, Provisioning and Directory Services), PeopleSoft Finance Production & Reporting, Human Resources, Student (Wiser, SiS, COIN), e-certification, Buyways, Summit, Uachieve, Sales Force Lowell, Sales Force Boston, eTranscript, Control-M Batch processing, access to IdM facing third party apps.

In addition, please note the following applications require IDM for access: Document Imaging(Boston, Dartmouth & Lowell), Atomic Learning, Lowell SA Mobile App, R25 (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell), RMS (Dartmouth, Lowell), Sunapsis, Terra Dotta Study Abroad, Terra Dotta Travel Registry, uDirect, UMass Student Success Collaborative (Lowell), Confluence, JIRA
