The following South Street data center applications and their respective interfaces will be down and unavailable during this maintenance activity: IDM – (Identity Management Access, Provisioning and Directory Services), PeopleSoft Finance Production & Reporting, Human Resources, Student (Wiser, SiS, COIN), e-certification, Buyways, Summit, Uachieve, Sales Force Lowell, Sales Force Boston, eTranscript, Control-M Batch processing, access to IdM facing third party apps.
In addition, please note the following applications require IDM for access: Document Imaging(Boston, Dartmouth & Lowell), Atomic Learning, Lowell SA Mobile App, R25 (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell), RMS (Dartmouth, Lowell), Sunapsis, Terra Dotta Study Abroad, Terra Dotta Travel Registry, uDirect, UMass Student Success Collaborative (Lowell), Confluence, JIRA
