To maintain the availability and security of our Finance database, the UITS Application team will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the PeopleSoft Finance Production System starting Sunday, April 26, at 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The PeopleSoft Finance Production System will be unavailable during this maintenance window.
Summit:
Summit batch will resume on Sunday so Finance data will be up-to-date on Monday morning, April 27th.
BuyWays:
Requisitions can be created; however, if a user creates a requisition or approves one, it will remain in workflow until PeopleSoft is available. Purchase Orders will still dispatch to the vendor, but will not be exported to PeopleSoft Finance Production until the maintenance event is completed. Vouchers will not be exported to PeopleSoft during the downtime. Exports will resume once the updates are completed. Searching and reporting will continue to be available.
HR Direct ePAF:
ePAF will be unavailable during this time.
