As part of the Aruba Redundancy Project, the UITS Infrastructure team will be conducting a scheduled upgrade to the existing 1 Beacon Street Wireless network. This upgrade will enhance redundancy and leverage newly installed equipment at the location.

On Thursday, September 10th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. all wireless offerings will be unavailable on the 1 Beacon Street 32nd, 31st and concourse floors while we perform the scheduled upgrade. This work will not impact any hard wired connectivity nor the UMass Club’s POS stations.

If you require network connectivity at the 1 Beacon Street location during the maintenance window please use a hard wired connection.
