Resolved
On Thursday, September 15, between 10:10 pm and 11:30 pm the Student Production System for UMass Lowell (SIS) and UMass Dartmouth (COIN) was briefly unavailable due to an isolated issue with the database. Other Student services, including Parent, Check References, Student ID Lookup, and Email ID Lookup was impacted as well. New connections to the Student systems could not be established. Existing connections became unresponsive.

We've fully restored service and are monitoring closely to prevent a future recurrence. We apologize for the inconvenience.
