To maintain regulatory compliance, the UITS Application team is conducting maintenance on the Production PeopleSoft Finance System on Friday, October 30, 5:00 p.m. through Sunday, November 1, 8:00 p.m.
The Production PeopleSoft Finance System will be unavailable during this maintenance window. Additional application impacts include: • Summit: Summit Finance data during the event will be as of Thursday, October 29. The data will be up to date on Monday morning, November 2. • BuyWays: Users can login and perform searches, but there is no communication to PeopleSoft during the downtime. • ePAF: The ability to initiate/approve ePAF forms in HR Direct will be impacted. Campuses should advise ePAF Approvers to wait to do this until maintenance is complete.
