On Sunday, August 15, 2021, 7:00 a.m. to Noon UITS will be upgrading key database services in the production environment located in the Shrewsbury Data Center. Access to UMass Shared Services, including, HR Direct, Finance, Summit, Procurement (BuyWays), Salesforce, Student (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, and UMass Medical) will be intermittently impacted during this time.
