To maintain system integrity and increase operational resiliency and efficiency, UITS will be upgrading and performing maintenance on the infrastructure located in the Shrewsbury Shared Services Production Data Center.

UMSO Shared Services, including HR Direct, Finance, Effort Certification, Procurement (BuyWays), Student (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, and UMass Chan Medical), Summit OAC, UMSO file shares, and UMPO Salesforce will be unavailable starting Saturday, November 12, 10:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 13, 12:00 p.m.
